Jack was a graduate of Temple University, received his M.D. from Hahnemann Medical School, and then performed his residency at Atlantic City Hospital with a pulmonary specialty. He made his home in Ventnor after serving in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Special Forces Unit. Jack was a dedicated primary care physician and pulmonary specialist, managed the pulmonary department at Shore Memorial Hospital and taught Inhalation Therapy for ACCC.
Funeral services were at Beth El Synagogue with Interment in the IOBA-Beth El section of Rodef Sholom Cemetery in Egg Harbor Twp.
